About the creation of the Animated Video for Clinics:

After purchase, we will send a detailed questionnaire by email (briefing). In this briefing, we’ll request all the necessary information to create your video.
Up to 2 (two) revisions/adjustments are allowed until final approval.

How it works:
We use our own photos and videos, as well as licensed stock images and footage. If you prefer, we can also use your own photos and videos (please ensure they are high resolution). After your order, you will receive an email with a questionnaire about your company; this helps us fully understand your brand, style, and what message you want to convey to your clients.

What we need from you:
– Your company logo (PNG or vector format)
– Images to be used in the video (or stock images if you prefer)
– Textual information (about your company and specialties)
– Phone number, address, social media links
– Any other relevant information

Important notes:
– All communication will be done via email, so please keep an eye on the email you provided at checkout!
– All our products are digital and delivered via email.
