About the Creation:

After purchasing the Package of 12 Post Designs, we will send you a detailed questionnaire by email (briefing). This questionnaire will collect all the necessary information for the creation of the designs. The initial drafts will be sent within 7 business days, with up to 2 general revisions or adjustments per design until final approval.

Final Files:

• Formats: Instagram/Facebook (1080x1080px) – Stories (1920x1080px)
• Files delivered in JPG/PNG
• Delivery time: 7 business days
• Size: Chosen by the buyer or standard size according to the social media platform
• File format: JPEG
• Delivery via email

How It Works:

We create an original and exclusive layout for each design. If preferred, we can use photos or symbols provided by the buyer, ensuring they are in high resolution.

What We Need From You:

• Your company logo (PNG or Vector)
• Images to be used in the posts (or we can use stock images)
• Specific information for each post
• Contact details, address, social media links (optional)
• Any additional relevant information

Notes:

• All communication will be done via email, so please keep an eye on your inbox.
• Does not include animated videos, Reels, carousel posts, or other media (the package includes only static JPG images).
• All our products are delivered digitally via email.
